DESCRIPTION
This Classified Government Agency is in Washington, DC near the White House. The agency was designated to lead the project which included the project management, design layout, procurement, and installation of the interior furnishings.
CHALLENGE
The Agency needed a flexible space for efficient office reconfigurations over the life of the project.
SOLUTION
The design team created a flexible environment that could adapt to the changing organization with minimum disruption, dust, down-time, and dollars. Key to the flexibility was the Nello Movable Wall System’s ability to reconfigure private offices and conference rooms literally overnight. In utilizing varying surface types, the design also complemented departmental hierarchy.
