DECRIPTION
This Employee Owned Food Service and Sales Organization is in Odenton, MD. The end user was designated to lead the project which included the project management, design layout, procurement, and installation of the interior furnishings.
CHALLENGE
The Division needed a flexible space for efficient office reconfigurations over the life of the project.
SOLUTION
The design team created a flexible environment that could adapt to the changing organization with minimum disruption, dust, down-time, and dollars. Key to the flexibility was the Nello Movable Wall System’s ability to reconfigure private offices and conference rooms literally overnight. By using both fabric and wood veneer wall, the design also complemented departmental hierarchy.
